In 2018, a 13-year-old from St. Vital started cutting lawns in his neighbourhood. No truck, no trailer, no crew. Just a mower, a work ethic, and enough ambition to figure the rest out.
When Dante started taking on paver and hardscaping work, he didn’t have a vehicle or a license. He walked to the supply store with a wagon to haul gravel and brick back to the job site. The work got done. The clients came back.
Eight years later, Buddies Yardcare maintains some of Winnipeg’s most demanding commercial properties through every season, and transforms residential outdoor spaces into something homeowners are genuinely proud of. The equipment is different. The scale is different. The standard is exactly the same as it was on day one.
